Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and receipt (for orders placed between Monday and Friday). Please note that custom orders may take more time. Please note that these times may be slightly extended depending on the volume of orders being processed.

Custom and made-to-order pieces aren’t eligible for returns. Of course, we’ll remedy any manufacturing defects.
