Welcome to Euneque!

I’m Ângelo, founder, from Penafiel, a small city in northern Portugal just outside Porto, the place we call home and where we make every piece.

I grew up surrounded by the hum of sewing machines. My mom would take me to my uncle's factory, where I witnessed what a true family business looks like. Everyone there did more with less, stretched every resource, and went the extra mile. But what struck me most was the relationship with customers: the trust, the personal touch, the commitment to solving individual needs. That human connection shaped how I see business.

Those early lessons stay with me: be resourceful, work hard, and never lose sight of the person behind the order.

Euneque was born from a desire to reclaim what globalisation has diluted: the personal connection in shopping. I want to bring back an era when quality mattered more than speed, when pieces lasted a lifetime, when clothing was tailored to your fit, your taste, your life. But I'm doing it for today's world, where digital tools let a small workshop in Penafiel reach customers across borders and share our craftsmanship with people we might never meet in person.

Our mission is straightforward: 100% Portuguese clothing, fully customised to your preferences. Versatile pieces designed for any occasion. Quality over quantity. Personalisation over mass production.

We're starting with what we do best and have perfected for over 20+ years: leather jackets. From there, we'll expand to other timeless pieces with the same philosophy, unique pieces for you.

We remain a small business rooted in Penafiel. Every material comes from Portugal and Europe because we believe in supporting our local economy and preserving the textile craftsmanship that's in our DNA.

At a time when European identity and production matter more than ever, we're proud to champion locally-made goods.

As we bring our local business online and reach new countries, we're constantly thinking about how to replicate the in-store experience digitally, how to engage all your senses, how to maintain that close relationship. We can do this because every piece is made to order, manufactured specifically for you.
